Are there any hidden fees such as delivery or shipping charges, prize or promotional charges, late fees, or fuel surcharges?
- WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES OR CHARGES. ANY COST THAT IS INCURRED BY YOU WILL BE DISCUSSED AT THE TIME THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED.
What is the policy regarding late orders and are there any profit changes to late orders?
- WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT YOUR LATE/ADDITONAL ORDERS AT ANY TIME. THERE IS NO CHARGE OR LOSS OF PROFIT FOR AN ORDER RECEIVED LATE.
Do internet orders continue past the collection date?
- YOUR INTERNET SALES STAY OPEN FOR A FEW DAYS PAST YOUR TURN IN DAY FOR THOSE LAST MINUTE ORDERS. HOWEVER, THE STATE OF WASHINGTON REQUIRES THAT YOUR FUNDRAISER BE RUN WITHIN A DESIGNATED TIME FRAME, OR YOUR SALES ARE SUBJECT TO SALES TAX.
Does Northwest Fundraising give back to the community?
- WE SUPPORT NORTHWEST HARVEST, OTHER LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS, AND ENSURE MONEY GOES BACK INTO OUR SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES.
Are orders scanned for accuracy during packing?
- ALL ORDERS ARE SCANNED IN OUR WAREHOUSE. THE RESULT IS ROUGHLY 99.7% ACCURACY. IN SPITE OF THAT, WE'RE HUMAN AND SOME MISTAKES WILL BE MADE. BUT REST ASSURED, WE CORRECT ALL OF OUR MISTAKES.
How are damaged/unsatisfactory items and orders handled?
- WHETHER THE ITEM IS BROKEN, UNSATISFACTORY, OR JUST NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED, WE WILL CORRECT THE ISSUE. WE ALSO DO NOT ASK FOR PRODUCT BACK; PLEASE KEEP WRONG ITEMS, DONATE THEM ETC, SALVAGE WHAT YOU CAN FROM DAMAGED ITEMS ETC.
What happens when you run out of stock on an item?
- WE BACK ORDER ITEMS WE CAN RECEIVE FROM OUR SUPPLIER IN A TIMELY MATTER. IF THE ITEM WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN A TIMELY MANNER, WE OFFER A SIMILAR ITEM AS A SUBSTITUTE. IF NEITHER OF THESE SUFFICE, WE WILL OFFER A FULL REFUND.
How is delivery handled?
- WE HIRE AND TRAIN ALL OF OUR DELIVERY DRIVERS. ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE PACKED IN OUR WAREHOUSE IN ENUMCLAW. YOU WILL SET YOUR DELIVERY WITH MARY IN OUR OFFICE. IN MOST CASES, WE WORK OUT A TWO HOUR WINDOW FOR YOUR DELIVERY. WE WILL SET UP AND HELP ARRANGE YOUR HANDOUT AT THE CHOSEN LOCATION.
How much can we expect from your sales reps?
- YOU CAN ASK FOR AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE AS YOU NEED FROM OUR SALES REPS. THEY ARE THERE TO SUPPORT YOU. NOT ONLY IS YOUR REP AN IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR FUNDRAISER, OUR ENTIRE SUPPORT STAFF IS AS WELL. WE ALL CROSS-TRAIN AND WORK TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE YOUR FUNDRAISING GOALS.
